Tru Barefoot Bootcamp is a test of mental and physical strength for your most demanding workout yet. Join us for Tru Barefoot Bootcamp teacher training to learn more about kettlebells, Pilates, yoga, and high-intensity interval training. This training will turn up the heat on your personal and professional fitness goals.
