Elizabeth Andrews
Elizabeth Andrews has been a group fitness instructor and coach for 35 years, teaching and developing dynamic programming from the Southeast to the Pacific Northwest, where she now resides. She serves as an educator for leading movement brands including BOSU, TRX, and DVRT Ultimate Sandbag, and has worked as a motivational speaker for organizations such as Amazon and the YMCA. Elizabeth is also the Group Exercise Manager at West Seattle Health Club and a longtime contributor to ACE.
A seasoned presenter, she has led sessions at major industry events including IDEA World, IDEA West, TRX Summits, DCAC, and YMCA Summits. Her background spans rehabilitation, general fitness, strength and conditioning, and yoga, offering a comprehensive and practical perspective on movement. Most recently, she was part of the founding Amazon Halo Fitness team, helping build and create content for the app, now available on Fire TV.
Elizabeth holds numerous specialty certifications and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and is currently pursuing her 300-hour training with Noah Maze. Outside of fitness, she enjoys pickleball, time with her husband of 34 years, their growing family, and their two dogs, Starla and Rex.
