Adam Pearlstein

With a passion for yoga ignited during my junior year at the University of Vermont, I embarked on my teaching journey after completing Bikram Teacher Training in 2004.

My early teaching years were spent in Burlington, Vermont, followed by an adventurous period of teaching yoga globally in Israel, Korea, the Philippines, Norway, Sweden, and across the United States. Notably,

I contributed to opening a yoga studio in Bethesda, MD, in 2010. To deepen my practice and teaching credentials, I completed a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training in Seattle, where I also co-owned and taught at a studio.

My journey then led me to Ashram Yoga, where I both taught and participated in numerous teacher training sessions. I further specialized in teaching yoga in correctional facilities through the Yoga Behind Bars program and supported individuals in recovery with the Yoga of 12 Step Recovery training, leading free classes for two years.

In 2019, I joined TruFusion as Assistant Yoga Director, where I have been instrumental in running teacher training and teaching both in-studio and online. Throughout my career, I have taught over 100,000 students, gaining a deep understanding of how to support students with injuries and engage a diverse range of practitioners.

I remain passionate about the evolving field of yoga, bringing compassion, challenge, and progression to my classes. With a solid grasp of the business aspects of yoga, I guide teacher training students to navigate the yoga world successfully.
