Suzanne Marquardt
Suzanne Marquardt approaches yoga as a path of devotion, self-inquiry, and transformation. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, she holds space not only for the physical body but also for the emotional and mental landscapes students carry. Her background in psychology informs her teaching with compassion, nervous system awareness, and the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported.
For over 15 years, Suzanne has taught Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, guiding students through dynamic strength, steady alignment, and deep surrender. While she values intelligent sequencing and functional movement, her deeper passion lies in the devotional heart of the practice. Through mantra, intentional breath, and reflection, she invites students to connect beyond the ego and return to inner clarity.
In her classes, yoga becomes a moving meditation where perfectionism softens, self-judgment quiets, and strength is balanced with surrender. Her intention is to create an environment where growth is steady, grounded, and rooted in each student’s inner wisdom.
