Dikla Kafka
As Lead Faculty for Teaching Methodology, Sequencing, and Subtle Body Work, Dikla Kafka is devoted to disciplined practice and skillful instruction. She discovered yoga in her late 20s after years of martial arts training and was drawn to the integration of breath, attention, and subtle body awareness. Her studies in Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Sivananda yoga in Tel Aviv established a strong foundation in alignment, structure, and method.
Based in Seattle for the past 15 years, Dikla is co-owner of Viveka Yoga School and has been training and mentoring teachers since 2012. She emphasizes clear methodology, intelligent sequencing, and adapting instruction to diverse bodies and learning styles. She is known for helping teachers build confidence in cueing, class design, and translating theory into embodied practice.
Dikla is also a Jewish educator and violinist and is completing her third master’s degree in theology. Her academic background informs a thoughtful, inquiry-driven approach that honors yoga as a structured and evolving discipline.
